We will be refurbishing the imposing “HQ Building” located on Newfoundland Road to our normal very high standards with an exceptional specification worthy of such an outstanding building. All of our homes will be very spacious and will be smoothly integrated within the fabric of the existing building.
Our development will comprise 12 one and two bedroom apartments and 3 three bedroom duplexes with delivery expected by Spring 2023.
