As part of the Mindenhurst development, we are required to deliver a series of essential infrastructure upgrades to improve traffic flow, safety, and accessibility across four key junctions in the local area. These works are being carried out under the Section 106 agreement and in line with planning permission granted by Surrey Heath Borough Council.
