We’re pleased to share an update on the new Pavilion, part of the Sport’s Hub in the northern part of the development. Earlier this month, the modular units were successfully delivered to site, marking a significant milestone in the project. Our thanks go to Modulek, who are leading the construction.
The Pavilion is made up of 16 structural steel modular bays, all manufactured off‑site and transported to Mindenhurst for installation. Using a modular construction has enabled faster progress on site and reduced disruption to the surrounding area. With the modules now in place, construction has moved into the next stages, with teams currently working on the external cladding and internal fit out.
Construction is on track for completion this spring. Once finished, the Pavilion will offer a welcoming space that includes a club room with bar and kitchen amenities, modern changing facilities and dedicated storage for sports equipment.
