Frimley Green Improvement Works

Click here for the latest news on our local junction improvement works.

Improvement works are scheduled to begin at Frimley Green to help ease congestion, improve traffic flow, and enhance safety for all road users. The scheme focuses on upgrading two key mini-roundabouts:

  • Frimley Green Road / Wharf Road
  • Stuart Road / Guildford Road

To keep everyone informed, we’ll share detailed information with nearby residents, businesses, and community stakeholders ahead of the works. Road signage will also be in place, and you can check our website for the latest updates. Final dates depend on permit approvals with Surrey County Council, therefore our confirmed programme will be shared in the new year once the permits are agreed.

Community input has played an important role in shaping this scheme. The original proposal for four-way traffic lights was revised following feedback from residents and local stakeholders, ensuring the final design reflects community priorities.
